What your agent can do

Your agent can:

• Chat or talk to you by text or voice, on desktop and mobile.
• Read and summarise your inbox once a mailbox is connected (My profile → Connected email). It can do a deep dive, opening emails and attachments across all your mailboxes to find the detail you need.
• Search and read your files in OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive once you switch on file access, and save documents back with Read & write access.
• Read your connected apps such as Slack channels, HubSpot records and Jira issues.
• Send emails from its own address, watch for replies, chase people with your consent and alert you when something urgent comes back.
• Create documents: PDF, Word, PowerPoint (opens in Keynote) and Excel, branded to your company.
• Find contacts, save new ones and remember birthdays and memorable dates.
• Call or text a contact from your Epicurus Pro number. It always reads back who and what, and waits for your yes.
• Make a call for you: say "call Dom and tell him I'm running late" and it rings them itself, passes on the message, leaves a voicemail if needed and reports back in the chat.
• Book meetings and check your calendar and Teams chats.
• Keep your tasks and tell you what's outstanding.
• Browse websites and sign in using your secure vault.
• Answer HR and legal questions in depth: it researches legislation.gov.uk, case law, ACAS and gov.uk, and gives the Act and section, key cases with citations, time limits, next steps and source links. It never invents a case, flags where Scotland or Northern Ireland differ, and reminds you to have a solicitor check high-stakes matters.
• Make approved purchases if your admin has switched on Agent payments.
• Remember things you tell it, and follow the rules you set in My profile → My agent.
• Tell you the weather, date and time, using your location if you allow it.
• Find restaurants, hotels and places near you with ratings, hours, phone and distance.
• Build dashboards, reports and web pages and share them privately, securely or publicly. See Dashboards & sites.
• Use your own systems through custom API connections.
• Look up UK house sold prices (HM Land Registry) and official GOV.UK guidance on HR, tax and property.
• Track mileage and expenses: tell you your business miles, submit your mileage claim and report on spending. See Mileage expenses.
• Refuse blocked purchases, such as gambling, under your company spending policy.
• Report its own technical problems to our team and tell you when they're fixed.
• Help with Epicurus Pro itself using this help centre, and raise a support ticket if something is broken.
