Epicurus Pro uses large language models and speech models to understand you, answer questions and act for you. This policy explains how.
What the AI does
It reads the information you give it and the accounts you connect, works out what you are asking, and uses tools such as searching your inbox, booking meetings, placing calls or saving contacts. It may search the web for public information.
Human control
You decide what to connect and what the agent may do. Admins control features per person, such as calls, SMS, WhatsApp and lookups. The agent shows drafts and asks for confirmation before important actions such as sending emails.
Accuracy
AI can be wrong or incomplete. Always check important information, figures, transcripts and summaries before relying on them.
Your data and training
We use enterprise AI APIs under terms that do not allow your content to be used to train their models, and we do not train models on your content ourselves.
Voice
The agent's voice is AI-generated. It is not a real person, and you should tell people you call through the agent where the law or good practice requires.
