This agreement applies to paid subscriptions to Epicurus Pro between you and Cognivo FZ LLC. It forms part of our Terms and conditions.
1. Plans
Flexi is billed per person per month. Enterprise is billed monthly and includes an account admin, one location and five employees; extra employees and extra locations are added at the prices in the Pricing and credits schedule.
2. Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payments are taken by card through our payment provider, Stripe.
- When you add employees or locations mid-period, we show a checkout with the prorated amount due today and your new monthly total before you confirm.
- Credit packs, automatic top-ups and call minutes are charged when bought or used.
3. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will email you and retry. If it stays unpaid we may limit paid features until it is resolved. Your data is not deleted because of non-payment while your account remains open.
4. Changes and cancellation
You can upgrade at any time and pay the prorated difference. Reductions in employees or locations take effect from the next billing period. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Price changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, which will apply from your next billing period after the notice ends.
6. Enterprise terms
Enterprise customers may agree an order form with different terms. If they conflict, the signed order form wins.
