The Epicurus Pro mobile apps
Use your agent on iPhone and Android, with voice, chats and Siri shortcuts.
Updated 11 October 2026
Epicurus Pro is available as an app for iPhone and Android (currently in testing; your admin can invite you).
Signing in
The app opens on the sign-in page. Use the same email and password as the website, or sign in with Microsoft. New companies sign up on the website first.
What's in the app
- Chat and talk to your agent, with a floating message box like ChatGPT. Tap the voice button for a full-screen conversation.
- The side menu has your Chats (tap to see your history), Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, Calls, My tasks, Documents, Integrations, Agent payments, Teams, My profile and Settings.
- The + button starts a new chat, contact, task, call or meeting. On the Inbox screen it becomes a magnifying glass for searching your emails.
Inbox on your phone
- Swipe left on an email to delete it.
- Swipe right to mark it as unread, and swipe right again to mark it as read.
- Flagged emails show a red flag and a light yellow shade; pinned emails show an orange pin.
Siri shortcuts (iPhone)
Say "Hey Siri, talk to Epicurus Pro" to start a voice conversation, or "Ask Epicurus Pro…" to send a quick message.
Plans and billing
Plans, extra seats and locations are managed on the website, not in the app.
The agent island
The floating island at the bottom of the app is the quickest way to reach your agent:
- Tap to start a chat
- Hold to talk by voice
- Swipe up for your chats and tasks
It hides while you're typing so it doesn't get in the way.
Notifications
The app sends push notifications for new emails, Team Messages and updates from your agent. Choose what you get in Settings › Notifications.
Your agent while you do other things
- Slide the voice screen down to keep talking while you use the rest of the app.
- On iPhone your agent shows in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen while a conversation is live. On Android it shows as an ongoing notification.
- Mileage: the app can record business trips automatically. See Mileage expenses.
- Contacts: import from your phone with the round + button in Contacts.
- Pull down to refresh: on iPhone, pull down from the top of any screen to reload it.
