Property prices and GOV.UK guidance

Ask about UK house sold prices and official government guidance on HR, tax and property.

Updated 11 October 2026

Your agent can look up two official UK sources.

House sold prices

Ask "what have houses sold for on this street?" with a postcode. The agent uses HM Land Registry Price Paid data for England and Wales: price, date, property type, freehold or leasehold, and new build. It always says where the figures came from.

GOV.UK guidance

Ask questions like "how much notice does an employee need to give?" or "what are the statutory sick pay rules?". The agent searches GOV.UK for official guidance on employment and HR, tax, business and property, and links to the page it used.

It is guidance, not legal advice. For legislation and case law, see Web browsing and legal research.

Switching it on

Admins can switch these on or off for each person in Settings › Team.
