Email chasers and urgent alerts
Have the agent watch for replies, chase people politely and alert you when something urgent comes back.
Updated 9 October 2026
Watching for a reply
When the agent sends an email for you, say "keep an eye out for their reply". You'll see it in My tasks until they answer.
Chasers
Say "if they haven't replied in 3 days, chase them". The agent only chases with your explicit consent, and you choose:
- how long to wait,
- how many chasers (up to a limit),
- whether it asks you first each time or sends them automatically.
Chasers go in the same email thread, quote the original, and only go out on weekdays between 8am and 6pm UK time.
Urgent replies
Say "this is urgent, tell me as soon as they reply". When the reply lands you get a notification, and if you've set it up, a text and a phone call from your Epicurus Pro number.
Set your mobile number, quiet hours and weekend preferences in My profile → Urgent alerts. Cancel any watch by asking the agent or from My tasks.
